Molly McLucas is an associate in the Litigation Department at Richards, Watson & Gershon. Ms. McLucas represents municipalities and public entities, as well as private sector clients, in both state and federal courts in litigation matters. Her litigation experience includes breach of contract and employment disputes, labor and products class actions, and general business tort cases.
Ms. McLucas received her law degree from Loyola of Los Angeles Law School. During law school she was Managing Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review.
Ms. McLucas is the author of "The Need for Effective Recusal Standards for an Elected Judiciary," 43 Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review 671, Spring 2009.
