Susan E. Rusnak is a senior attorney
in the Labor and Employment Department at Richards, Watson & Gershon.
She has specialized in labor and employment law, advising both public
entities and private sector employers. Ms. Rusnak has extensive
experience in litigating employee disciplinary actions and wrongful
terminations. Her experience covers all aspects of the employment
relationship, including hiring employees, managing the workforce
with policies and personnel practices, paying employees under wage
and hour laws, providing employee benefits, preventing discrimination
