Billy D. Dunsmore is a senior attorney
in the Labor and Employment Department at Richards, Watson &
Gershon. During his 25 year career, he has specialized in labor
and employment law, with an emphasis on advisory matters, administrative
hearings, and collective bargaining. His experience covers all aspects
of the employment relationship, including hiring employees, managing
the workforce with policies and personnel practices, paying employees
under wage and hour laws, providing employee benefits, preventing
discrimination and harassment, managing leave programs, and administering
discipline, conducting arbitrations, and negotiating collective
bargaining agreements.
Mr. Dunsmore has lectured on a variety of labor and employment
law issues at conferences and seminars.
