Byron Miller is an associate in the Litigation Department at Richards, Watson & Gershon. Mr. Miller represents municipalities and public entities, as well as private sector clients, in both state and federal courts in litigation matters.
Mr. Miller received his law degree cum laude from the University of San Diego Law School. During law school he externed for the Honorable Larry A. Burns, United States District Judge for the Southern District of California, as well as the Honorable Bernard G. Skomal, United States Magistrate Judge for the Southern District of California. Mr. Miller also clerked with both the United States Attorney's Office and the Transportation Security Administration.
