David G. Alderson is an associate in
the Litigation Department at Richards, Watson & Gershon. Mr.
Alderson represents municipalities and public entities, as well
as private sector clients, in both state and federal courts in litigation
matters. During law school, Mr. Alderson served as an Associate
Editor of the University of Michigan Journal of Law Reform and also
was a member of the Environmental Moot Court Team.
Prior to joining RW&G, Mr. Alderson was an associate in the
Oakland office of Fitzgerald, Abbott & Beardsley, LLP. Immediately
following law school, Mr. Alderson served as a law clerk to the
Honorable William L. Graham, on the Franklin Circuit Court in Frankfort,
Kentucky.
