Debbie Y. Cho is an associate in the
Public Finance Department at Richards, Watson & Gershon. Ms.
Cho provides bond counsel and disclosure counsel services to public
agencies in connection with financing a variety of public projects.
Such financings include tax allocation bonds, enterprise revenue
bonds and general obligation bonds. Ms. Cho also works on various
public law and public works related issues.
Ms. Cho obtained her law degree from UCLA School of Law where she
was Chief Comments Editor of the Asian Pacific American Law Journal
and a Teaching Assistant for the Lawyering Skills Program.
