Erin Powers is an associate in the Litigation Department and Water
Rights and Water Law Practice Group of Richards, Watson & Gershon.
Ms. Powers concentrates on the representation and counseling of
public agencies and private entities in a variety of litigation
contexts, including water rights adjudications, community preservation
and code enforcement, contract disputes, indemnity, investigations,
joint powers protection, judicial foreclosures, public agency litigation
and tort claims.
Ms. Powers is actively involved in litigating the Antelope Valley
and Anza groundwater adjudications. She is the City Prosecutor for
the City of La Mirada, and serves as its lead trial attorney.
She regularly assists in the Firm's handling of complex litigation
matters and disputes as they arise for our clients.
Ms. Powers is an active member of Los Angeles County Bar Association
and the American Bar Association.
