Gregory M. Kunert is a shareholder in
the Litigation Department at Richards, Watson & Gershon. For
the past 15 years, he has specialized in litigation involving public
entities and public law issues. Mr. Kunert has developed expertise
in representing public agencies in a variety of litigation contexts,
including CEQA; land use and inverse condemnation; and zoning and
housing issues; civil rights cases involving police officers; and
elections law cases.
