Gregory W. Stepanicich is a shareholder
in the Public Law Department at Richards, Watson & Gershon with
more than 28 years of experience representing local public agencies.
Mr. Stepanicich serves as City Attorney for the Cities of Fairfield
and Mill Valley and as General Counsel for the Marin Telecommunications
Agency, Marin Emergency Radio Authority, and the San Francisquito
Creek Joint Powers Authority. He previously served as City Attorney
of Agoura Hills, Beverly Hills, and Seal Beach. Mr. Stepanicich
concentrates on the representation of public agencies in a wide
range of government law areas, including land use, local taxation
and development fees, and telecommunications. Mr. Stepanicich has
lectured extensively on a variety of public law issues at conferences
and seminars.
Mr. Stepanicich is the managing shareholder of RW&G's San Francisco
office. He is a member of the American, California and San Francisco
Bar Associations. Mr. Stepanicich is also a member of the Urban Land
Institute and National Association of Telecommunications Officers and
Advisors.
