Jim G. Grayson is a shareholder at Richards,
Watson & Gershon and the Chair of the Firm's Real Estate Department.
Mr. Grayson has particular expertise in the areas of real estate
acquisitions and sales, project entitlement, and real estate financing
transactions, as well as in workouts and restructurings. In addition,
he has extensive experience representing both governmental and private
entities in the negotiation of complex development agreements and
infrastructure financings. Mr. Grayson has represented both domestic
and foreign banks and other financial institutions in all aspects
of real estate and municipal finance.
