Lolly A. Enriquez is a shareholder in
the Public Finance Department. Ms. Enriquez has ten years of experience
in serving as bond counsel, disclosure counsel, underwriter's counsel
and bank counsel in a wide variety of bond financings including
revenue bonds, Mello-Roos bonds, assessment bonds, tax allocation
bonds, 501(c)(3) financings, certificates of participation and commercial
paper.
Prior to joining Richards, Watson & Gershon, Ms. Enriquez was
an associate in the Los Angeles and San Francisco offices of Sidley
Austin Brown & Wood, LLP and the New York office of Orrick,
Herrington & Sutcliffe, LLP.
Ms. Enriquez is admitted to the California Bar and the New York
Bar. She is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers.
