Lolly A. Enriquez is a shareholder in
the Public Law and Public Finance Departments. Ms. Enriquez represents public agencies in a wide range of governmental law issues including redevelopment, public works and the Public Records Act. Ms. Enriquez has also served as bond counsel, disclosure counsel, underwriter's counsel
and bank counsel in a wide variety of bond financings including
revenue bonds, Mello-Roos bonds, assessment bonds, tax allocation
bonds, 501(c)(3) financings, certificates of participation and commercial
paper.

Ms. Enriquez obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. She obtained her law degree from Fordham University School of Law, where she was a member of the Fordham Law Review.
Ms. Enriquez is admitted to the California Bar and the New York
Bar. She is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers.
