Lolly A. Enriquez is an associate in
the Public Finance Department. Ms. Enriquez has served as bond counsel,
disclosure counsel, underwriter's counsel and bank counsel in a
wide variety of bond financings including revenue bonds, Mello-Roos
bonds, assessment bonds, tax allocation bonds, 501(c)(3) financings,
certificates of participation and commercial paper.
Prior to joining Richards, Watson & Gershon, Ms. Enriquez was
an associate in the Los Angeles and San Francisco offices of Sidley
Austin Brown & Wood, LLP and the New York office of Orrick,
Herrington & Sutcliffe, LLP.
