Mark L. Lamken is Of Counsel at Richards,
Watson & Gershon and a member of the firm's Real Estate Department.
Mr. Lamken was a shareholder in the Real Estate Department of RW&G
for over two decades. Mr. Lamken presesently serves as Chair of
the Board of Directors and General Counsel of the Mountains Restoration
Trust, a non-profit, land trust operating in the Santa Monica Mountains
of Los Angeles County and formerly a member of the Real Estate Advisory
Commission of the State of California Department of Real Estate.
Mr. Lamken has served as Secretary and General Counsel: Lytton
Savings and Loan Association, 1962-68; Larwin Company, 1968-70;
The Christiana Companies, Inc., 1970-72. Lecturer for California
Continuing Education of the Bar on Condominium and Subdivision Practice,
Homeowners' Associations, Representing Buyers and Sellers in Real
Estate Transactions, Financing Real Estate Transactions, and Real
Estate Secured Transactions. Lecturer for the Practicing Law Institute
on Real Estate Finance, Construction Financing, and Real Estate
Development and Construction Financing. He has lecturered before
the California Association of Judges Conference on Real Estate and
is a Past President of the Association of Real Estate Attorneys;
past Chairperson, Real Property Section of the Los Angeles County
Bar Association; member, Real Property Section, State Bar of California.
