Andrew advises clients on matters related to CEQA, land use, and planning.
Work for Clients
Andrew serves as Assistant City Attorney for the Cities of Indio and Manhattan Beach. He also works closely with many of the firm’s clients on land use, planning, natural resources, and environmental matters.
Before joining RWG in 2015, Andrew gained experience in a wide variety of land use issues through internships in the Land Law Section of the State of California Department of Justice and The City Project. In these positions, he worked on matters involving coastal law, regulatory takings, and conditions on development approvals.
He also worked as a research assistant on emerging issues in habitat conservation planning and climate change, including a comparative model of species and habitat regulations at local, state, and federal levels.
