Jeremy advises local governments and other public agencies on a wide range of municipal law issues. His practice includes advising clients on the Brown Act, the Political Reform Act, the Public Records Act, constitutional law issues, and landlord-tenant issues. He also assists staff with drafting and reviewing ordinances, resolutions, staff reports, and contracts.
Prior to joining Richards, Watson & Gershon, Jeremy worked at Aaronson, Dickerson, Cohn & Lanzone, where he served as Deputy City Attorney for Foster City, San Carlos, and Woodside. During law school, Jeremy worked as a law clerk at the Office of the County Counsel for San Mateo County and as an intern for the Government Team at the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office.
