Lee Kaplan advises municipalities and public agencies on a variety of issues with a focus on land use and environmental law.
Lee joined Richards, Watson & Gershon in 2015 as a Summer Associate. During law school he interned with Public Counsel’s Community Development Project, and worked with the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles through UCLA’s Community Economic Development Clinic. He was also a student writing advisor at UCLA, and a Comments Editor for the UCLA Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs. Prior to his career in law, Lee served as an AmeriCorps volunteer at the New York City Housing Authority.
