In our role as agency counsel and special counsel to numerous redevelopment agencies, we work on redevelopment projects of varying sizes, from residential rehabilitation loans for affordable housing to complex real estate transactions involving hotels and regional shopping malls, on a daily basis. We also provide advice regularly on the adoption, amendment and implementation of redevelopment plans.
