RWG Announces Newest Shareholder Chelsea O'Sullivan
Richards, Watson & Gershon is excited to welcome Chelsea O’Sullivan as a shareholder in our rapidly expanding Central Coast office.

Chelsea O'Sullivan is a member of the firm’s Public Law Department and is based in our Central Coast office. Chelsea is the City Attorney for the City of Solvang and Assistant City Attorney for the City of Pismo Beach and advises the firm’s public law clients on a wide variety of governmental law, transactional and advisory matters. Her practice focuses on public and land use law issues, including matters relating to CEQA, CESA, the Brown Act, compliance with conflicts of interest rules and the Public Records Act. Chelsea also enjoys mentoring junior public law attorneys. Chelsea received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and a B.S. from Saint Mary’s College of California.
