In Rememberance of Jim Grayson

Jim Grayson - In MemoriumRichards, Watson & Gershon is saddened to report the passing of our friend and colleague Jim Grayson.

Jim joined RWG in 2000, and in his two decades with the firm was a cornerstone of our Real Estate practice, helping clients navigate real estate acquisitions and sales, project entitlement, real estate financing transactions, workouts, and restructurings.

Jim attended Arizona State University (B.S.); Arizona State University (J.D.); and Harvard Law School (LL.M.). He was an avid golfer and expert skeet shooter.

Jim's contributions to the firm and expert representation of its clients will be greatly missed.

Jim is survived by his wife, Cynthia, his mother Peggy, and his brother, Jon.
