Prior to joining Richards, Watson & Gershon in 2025, Elizabeth worked as a policy analyst at the Arizona Department of Economic Security in Tucson, AZ. During law school, Elizabeth served as a legislative fellow in the Arizona House of Representatives and an extern at the Arizona Governor's Regulatory Review Council. She graduated Order of the Coif and was also a Note Editor for the Arizona Law Review. Prior to law school, Elizabeth interned at the California State Assembly.
