During law school, Emily interned with an employment investigation firm that conducted investigations for both private and public entities. She also interned with the Fair Political Practices Commission's enforcement division. Upon graduating from law school, Emily has exclusively practiced employment law. Prior to joining Richards, Watson & Gershon, Emily represented private entities in both defending and prosecuting labor and employment matters.
