Professional Experience
Prior to joining Richards, Watson & Gershon, Garen clerked for the Honorable Steve Kim of the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Before his clerkship, Garen worked as an Appellate Attorney for the Second Appellate District of the California Court of Appeal. He began his legal career as an Appellate Fellow at Horvitz & Levy LLP.
In law school, Garen externed for the Santa Monica City Attorney's Office, the United States Attorney's Office for the Central District of California, and the Honorable Dolly M. Gee of the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Garen also worked as a Research Assistant for three professors.
