Professional Experience

Prior to joining Richards, Watson & Gershon, Joseph worked as a Deputy Attorney General for the State of California where he defended state employees in lawsuits brought by incarcerated individuals. Prior to his work for the State of California, Joseph was an Attorney Advisor in the Executive Office for Immigration Review, a component of the United States Department of Justice. As an Attorney Advisor, Joseph advised immigration judges on matters pending before in Immigration Court.

Joseph is licensed to practice law in California and New York.
