Overview
Olivia Treister is an associate in the Litigation Department at Richards, Watson & Gershon. Olivia represents municipalities and public agencies in civil litigation before federal and state courts.
Professional Experience
While in law school, Olivia worked for the USC Post-Conviction Justice Project as a certified law student and served on the 2020-2021 Peer Mentor Executive Board. Olivia was also a teaching assistant for two undergraduate classes: Law & Society and Introduction to Criminal Law.
Prior to joining Richards, Watson & Gershon in 2023, Olivia began her career prosecuting false advertising class actions in federal and California state court.
