We represent buyers and sellers of real estate in the negotiation and drafting of purchase and sale agreements and escrow instructions. We provide analysis of escrow, title and hazardous substances issues and provide assistance with closings. For public clients, our services include structuring and drafting disposition and development agreements, as well as compliance with surplus property statutes. We also represent redevelopment successor agencies and housing successor entities in connection with their property dispositions.
