We are seeking a litigator with a minimum of three years’ experience (more experience highly desirable) for our labor and employment department. Our ideal candidate will be able to conduct discovery, write motions, appear in court, assist with research and strategy, and manage the day-to-day aspects of a case, including client interface, with minimal supervision. Experience with public agencies, administrative and quasi-judicial proceedings, and representation in Title VII and FEHA cases is strongly preferred.
