Overview
Kyle is a seasoned appellate litigator with over 15 years' experience in federal and state courts. Kyle represents individuals and public agencies throughout California.
Professional Experience
Prior to joining RWG, Kyle served as a federal and state prosecutor in New Orleans representing the government in large-scale racketeering and complex white collar fraud matters. During that time, he authored over 100 writs and appeals and orally argued dozens of cases. In addition to appellate advocacy, Kyle spent two years in a felony trials division and presented over 30 jury trials in cases involving crimes of violence, sexual assault, and drug trafficking. He also served as Attorney Advisor for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
