Join RWG attorney Whitney Floratos for this workshop which introduces municipal clerks to the fundamentals of artificial intelligence and how they can use this evolving technology. Participants will gain a clear understanding of what AI is - and what it is not - through plain language explanations and real-world examples. Clerks will discuss incorporating AI into municipal clerk operations and the legal and ethical considerations and limitations of AI in a government setting. This hands-on, interactive session will equip participants with practical strategies for responsibly integrating AI into daily workflows - without needing a technical background. Whether you're skeptical or curious, this workshop will demystify AI and help you determine if, how, and when to use it in the clerk’s office.

RWG will host a reception Thursday, October 9, 2025 from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m. Enjoy hors d’oeuvres, cocktails, music and desserts at the iconic Parkers' Lighthouse.
